Plisio alternative for turning stablecoin top-ups into fiat

Plisio pays out only in crypto. For platforms that take USDT or USDC top-ups and need fiat or local payouts, Unigox crypto processing is the Plisio alternative. Stay with Plisio for bitcoin, store plugins and crypto mass payouts.

When to stay with Plisio

  • Your Shopify or WooCommerce store takes bitcoin too

Plisio takes bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, Monero and other coins next to stablecoins, with plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, hosted invoice pages and donation pages. Unigox accepts only USDT and USDC, and your own developers build the screen customers pay on.

  • You want to sign up yourself, without a call

A Plisio account opens with an email address and a password, and the fee table is public. It charges 0.5% on the API and 1.5% with white label for most coins, more for stablecoins on BNB Smart Chain and TON, with no monthly or setup fee. Unigox crypto processing starts with a call, and company accounts, OTC deals and the Payments API need company verification (KYB).

  • You send up to 1,000 crypto payouts from one file

Plisio mass payouts send up to 1,000 crypto transfers in one batch, imported from a spreadsheet. The Unigox Payments API pays users local money to a bank or mobile money account instead.

Add a fiat exit to your Plisio top-ups

  1. Say where the money has to end up

Name the stablecoins and networks your users send through Plisio, your monthly volume, and where the money has to end up: EUR, GBP or your users' local accounts. Services, pricing and integration access are agreed before launch, after company verification (KYB) with registration documents, ownership and source-of-funds evidence.

  2. Carry over your user IDs

Each Plisio deposit address is tied to a user ID you chose. Send the same ID as the Unigox customer reference and request one reusable address per user.

  3. Credit balances, then convert or pay out

Show the new address and network on your top-up screen and credit each balance from the payment notification. Convert what you need to EUR or GBP, or pay users local money through the Payments API.

Plisio questions

Can the Plisio API give each user a permanent address?

Yes. Its deposit endpoint ties an address to a user ID you send, but only for shops with white-label processing on. That costs 1.5% instead of 0.5% on most coins, and up to 6% on USDT on TON. Unigox crypto processing also keeps one reusable address per customer, under your customer reference.

What does Plisio charge on API payments?

0.5% per payment on the API and 1.5% with white label for most coins. Stablecoins on BNB Smart Chain cost 1% or 2%, and USDT on TON up to 5% or 6%, with a minimum fee on USDT. You choose whether you or your client pays. Unigox prices crypto processing per company, not from a public list.

Does Plisio exchange crypto payments for fiat money?

No. Plisio's help centre says it does not exchange cryptocurrency for fiat money, dollars and euros included, and suggests an exchange instead. A business paid in USDT or USDC on Unigox can convert and withdraw in an available local currency, such as USDC to EUR or GBP. It can also pay its users local money through the Payments API.
