Track the payment in your account. If the receiving bank asks for documents, your supplier will need to provide them.
USD bank transfer to Hong Kong
Your supplier may be a Hong Kong business or a mainland manufacturer invoicing through a Hong Kong trading company. The company making the goods and the company collecting payment may be different. Check the seller on the invoice and the beneficiary in the bank details.
The USD bank details to request
An account’s location does not tell you which currency to send. Ask for the bank’s USD receiving instructions, including the beneficiary name, account number and SWIFT/BIC. Do not reuse HKD payment details without confirmation that they also receive USD.
Payment cost
Enter the amount due in USD, then choose USDT or USDC. The USD invoice and the amount debited from your wallet are separate figures. Review the conversion and payment fee before confirming.
After payment
Keep the invoice and payment reference together. Ask the supplier to confirm the amount credited and which invoice or instalment it settles. A payment being sent and the supplier being able to use the funds are different stages.

Calculate my payment01Should I choose China or Hong Kong for a mainland supplier?
Choose the location of the recipient’s bank account. Goods made in mainland China can be invoiced with a Hong Kong account. Use Hong Kong for that account, and verify the beneficiary company separately.
02The supplier sent HKD account details. Can I send USD to them?
Ask the supplier for USD receiving instructions. Some accounts support several currencies, but the Hong Kong location alone does not establish that these details accept USD.
03Does my supplier need a Unigox account?
No. The bank transfer goes to the company account you enter. Ask the supplier for its USD bank details and the exact beneficiary name.
04Will my supplier receive the full invoice amount?
Intermediary or receiving banks may deduct charges from a USD transfer. Agree with your supplier how those charges will be handled if the invoice must be settled in full.
05What is the minimum payment?
The minimum is 25 USD per payment. Enter the invoice amount in USD; the form calculates the wallet amount needed.
