01Which currency should I enter?
Enter the amount in the currency shown on the supplier’s invoice. For this CNY calculation, use the yuan amount. Do not enter its EUR equivalent as though it were yuan.
02Why can the payment cost more than the converted amount?
Converting CNY to EUR at the reference rate estimates the invoice value. The payment total also depends on the provider’s exchange rate, fees and how you obtain the currency used to pay.
03Is this exchange rate fixed for my payment?
