Triple-A crypto payments alternative that keeps USDT as USDT
Triple-A settles to fiat the next day. A Triple-A crypto payments alternative credits customer USDT and USDC as sent, with TON and Base among its networks, and EUR, GBP and USD company accounts. For bitcoin, stay with Triple-A.
When to stay with Triple-A
You never want crypto on your books
Triple-A tells merchants they never hold digital currency on their balance sheet: each payment settles in the currency set for the account and reaches your bank on the next business day. Unigox credits the USDT or USDC itself, and converting it is a separate step your team takes.
Your payers bring bitcoin, ether or PYUSD
Triple-A takes BTC on chain and over Lightning, ETH and PYUSD next to USDT and USDC, connects to Binance Pay, and gives you a white-label checkout plus payment requests sent by email. With Unigox, payers send only USDT or USDC, to an address that your own checkout or top-up screen shows.
Your company is based in the United States
Triple-A's US company is registered with FinCEN and holds money transmitter licences in the states it lists. Its applications in states such as California and Texas are still in progress. Unigox does not currently offer its services in the United States, so a company based in a state where Triple-A holds a licence stays with Triple-A.
Collecting stablecoins with Triple-A and with Unigox
| Topic | Triple-A | Unigox |
|---|---|---|
| Where a payment ends up | Settled in the currency set for the account, fiat or crypto. Fiat goes to your bank the next business day once the balance reaches 3,000 USD. The settlement currency cannot be changed later: a different one needs a second, linked account. Crypto on the account goes to a wallet once support switches on payouts. | In your Unigox balance as the coin the payer sent, USDT as USDT and USDC as USDC. Hold it, send it to your wallet or convert it later. |
| Coins and networks | USDT on Ethereum, Tron, Polygon, Arbitrum and Solana, and USDC on the same networks except Tron. TON and Base are on neither help centre list. | Crypto processing takes stablecoin payments on the major EVM networks (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Unichain and HyperEVM), Robinhood Chain, Tron, TON and Solana. Which stablecoins a business accepts on each network is agreed during setup. |
| A payer sends too little | The short payment does not go through. With automatic refunds the payer has 24 hours to complete it, otherwise it is refunded. With manual refunds it goes back after 24 hours, less the network fee. For any over- or underpayment Triple-A contacts you to arrange a refund or a top-up. | Your system is told the amount that really arrived and applies your own rule for the balance still owed or the excess. Any refund or top-up request to the payer is yours to handle. |
| Accounts in your company name | Multicurrency Accounts: a named EUR IBAN that collects by SEPA and SEPA Instant, with no EU entity needed, and onward payouts in stablecoins or local currencies. | An EUR IBAN for SEPA, a UK account number and sort code for GBP, and USD accounts, with stablecoin balances in the same Business Portal. Your company does not have to be registered in Europe. |
| Pricing | No price list on the site: the pricing address forwards to the home page, which asks you to talk to its team. | Crypto processing is priced with your company on the setup call, and account fees follow a pricing plan confirmed before you commit. |
| Regulation | A Major Payment Institution under MAS in Singapore; Paytop SAS is a payment institution under the ACPR and a crypto-asset service provider with the AMF in France; FinCEN-registered with US state money transmitter licences; registered with FINTRAC and the Bank of Canada. | Unigox works through two companies: UNIGOX NETWORK CORP. in Canada handles the local-money side and is registered with FINTRAC as a money services business and with the Bank of Canada as a payment service provider; UNIGOX NETWORK CORP. in Panama handles the crypto side, including wallets and escrow. |
Move stablecoin collection from Triple-A in three steps
Bring your Triple-A settlement setup
Bring the settlement currency of your Triple-A account, the networks your payers use and your monthly volume. Networks, pricing and integration access are agreed on the call; EUR and GBP accounts follow company verification.
Request an address instead of a payment request
Where your checkout created a Triple-A crypto payment request for an order, it now asks Unigox for an address under the same order or customer reference and shows it with the amount, stablecoin and network.
Choose what stays in stablecoins
Each notification carries your reference and the amount received. Hold the USDT or USDC, send it to your wallet, or convert and withdraw it in an available local currency, such as USDC to EUR or GBP.
Triple-A crypto payments questions
Which coins does Triple-A crypto checkout accept?
Triple-A's help centre lists USDT, USDC, BTC on chain and over Lightning, ETH and PYUSD, and a connection to Binance Pay. Unigox takes USDT and USDC only, and adds TON, Base and Robinhood Chain to the networks your payers can send from.
How do Triple-A payments in stablecoins reach the merchant?
In the settlement currency the merchant chose for the account, fiat or crypto. Fiat is paid to your bank on the next business day once the balance reaches 3,000 USD, and crypto goes to a wallet through payouts that Triple-A support switches on. On Unigox, USDT arrives as USDT and USDC as USDC, and you convert only when you choose.
Can a company run Triple-A and Unigox side by side?
Yes, as two separate integrations. Keep Triple-A for bitcoin, next-day fiat settlement and any business run from a US state where Triple-A holds a licence, and give payers who send from TON or Base a Unigox address. Each service credits only the payments sent to its own addresses.
